While humanity has always, for different reasons and motivations, decorated the places it inhabits, nature has always been the source of inspiration at the heart of what it describes and expresses.
This is precisely the philosophy in which BITS Studio is rooted.
The studio has always lost itself in the riches of the natural world that surrounds us. Trompe-l'œil and design have enabled the studio to combine its two vocations: Nature and the Arts.
If nature is so important to it as to reflect its splendor through its art, it's also one of the reasons why it's so important to BITS Studio to do its utmost to preserve nature.
In its own creative time, the studio experiments with new techniques, combining savoir-faire, intuition and innovation, moving from the figurative to the imaginative.

It all began almost by chance for Blanca during a visit to the Institut Supérieur de Peinture Van Der Kelen-Logelain in Brussels in 2015, where she marveled at the décor that suddenly surrounded her. The marble, the wood, the moldings, everything is imitation. An imitation so close to the reality that it would almost be more beautiful if it were possible. She enrolled, was admitted and discovered the incredible world of decorative painting.
Motivated by her experience and driven by her passion, Blanca decided to open her own studio in 2019. Based in Paris, her hometown and constant source of inspiration, she turns a former maid's room into a veritable creative haven. Simply taking her initials, BITS Studio sees the light of day in the spring, under the rooftops of rue de la Ville l'Evêque in the familial neighborhood of La Madeleine.
In 2023, she realized one of her dreams by taking part in the Salon International du Patrimoine, in the Carrousel du Louvre. Following the success of her first participation, the dream was renewed in 2024. In the same year, she realized another of her dreams by opening a second workshop in Bergamo, Italy's historic and monumental city on the edge of a beautiful natural setting in the province of Milan.

Painting for the environment
As an art studio, BITS Studio is committed, on its own scale, to preserving nature, protecting its environment and respecting ethical exchanges (human, animal, plant and all organisms).
Quarries, trees, earth, water (provenance, abuse and unfair trade, especially in elements such as gold leaf): everything is as interrelated as it is important. The finest natural samples are getting older and rarer.
This is one of the reasons why BITS Studio has chosen to work almost exclusively in oil, for the sake of finish and durability. Indeed, oil enables the studio to work with 100% natural products.
It also favors a short, ethically conscious production circuit, sourcing locally from a carefully researched list of suppliers, irrespective of country or location.
